Cold Jet and Aramsco Sign Exclusive Partnership Agreement

Cold Jet to Be Exclusive Supplier of Dry Ice Blast Cleaning Systems for One of America's Largest Environmental Supply Companies

CINCINNATI, OH and THOROFARE, NJ--(Marketwire - May 19, 2009) - Cold Jet, the world leader in dry ice blast cleaning and production technology, today announced an exclusive partnership with Aramsco, one of the largest environmental supply companies in the country. As a result of the agreement, Cold Jet is now the exclusive provider of dry ice blast cleaning systems for Aramsco, which supplies remediation and decontamination products to contractors in the remediation and restoration, environmental abatement/cleanup and homeland security markets. Aramsco operates 13 state-of-the-art distribution facilities across the United State and employs more than 200 associates, including more than 80 field sales representatives.

Cold Jet's dry ice blasting systems will be available to purchase or rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis through Aramsco's industry-leading product catalogs. Cold Jet will also help market the cleaning system by co-hosting product demonstrations at Aramsco open houses and trade shows.

"We chose to partner with Cold Jet because of the company's superior cleaning systems," said Brian Crilley, market manager for Aramsco's restoration division. "Over the years, we have offered our customers a number of competitive machines, but Cold Jet's systems by far are the most durable -- and given the applications the systems are being used for, durability is critical. Combine that with the company's experience and longevity, 24-hour customer and technical support, and the fact it is made in the USA, and for us, it was an easy decision to work exclusively with Cold Jet. We look forward to making this partnership successful for both companies and our customers."

Dry ice blasting uses recycled CO2 in the form of non-abrasive dry ice pellets or particles for a variety of cleaning applications. The media, blasted at supersonic speeds, sublimates upon impact with the surface being cleaned, lifting away dirt and contaminants without leaving behind any secondary waste.

"The contractor market has always been a critical focus of our business, and Aramsco is a trusted supplier among remediation and restoration service providers," said Darren George, regional sales director for Cold Jet. "With Aramsco's broad sales and support staff, we have a great opportunity to extend our reach into new areas and companies to demonstrate the power, speed, durability and effectiveness of our dry ice blast cleaning systems. This partnership is a perfect marriage that will truly benefit Aramsco customers, particularly as we approach what is typically their busiest time of the year."

Cold Jet offers the largest family of dry ice blast cleaning systems in the industry. The company's Aero Series provides restoration and remediation contractors with portable and durable cleaning systems for a variety of cleaning applications. The rugged Aero Series features patented flow-thru pocket feeder design that maintains pellet integrity and reduces air loss; patented aerodynamic nozzles that maximize performance; ergonomic applicators that reduce user fatigue; and Cold Jet's patented SureFlow System, which consists of an isolated hopper, Multi-Layer Insulation blankets, advanced agitation technology and a sealed lid.
