On 20 May 2009, General meeting of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS elected the
Supervisory Board, who appointed in its regular meeting on 22 May 2009 Jüri Käo
as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Jüri Käo has been the member of the
Supervisory Board since 1997 and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for
years 2000-2001.
