The G20 governments have pledged to refrain from imposing new protectionist
measures for international trade and investment. How are they holding up?
This timely discussion among key officials will explore the challenges
facing investors and institutions that oversee the framework for
cross-border investment and capital flows. Issues include whether
countries are keeping their markets open to FDI, investment protectionism,
uncertainties facing the suppliers of long-term capital, and the role and
progress of the IMF and OECD in encouraging capital flows. View the
invitation at www.uscib.org/docs/investment_agenda_lunch.pdf.
