Critical Solutions Enters Agreement With Spanish Defense Contractor, Tecnobit, to Enter the European Market


ASHBURN, Va., June 3, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Critical Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSLI), the designer of renewable energy tower systems announces today that the Company, through its Sales and Marketing subsidiary, White Door, has entered into an agreement with Tecnobit S.L., an industrial electronic and defense company headquartered in Madrid, Spain. The purpose of agreement is to explore possible opportunities for collaboration and joint venture work.

Tecnobit is a large industrial electronics and defense contractor which develops, designs, produces, sells and maintains equipments and professional electronic systems. The parties have agreed to cooperate in the marketing, and sale of the Company's rapidly deployable tower systems using renewable energy. Tecnobit intends to work with the Company to identify business opportunities for Critical Solution's products within the Spanish Army, Air Force, Navy, Guardia Civil, and other Spanish and European Government organizations.
