Dynamic Materials Announces Quarterly Dividend


BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ: BOOM), the world's leading provider of explosion-welded clad metal plates, today announced that the Company now intends to issue dividends on a quarterly versus annual basis, and added that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2009, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2009.
