What: The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. will host its third annual NASDAQ
OMX Food & Restaurant Industry Forum, including panel
discussions and a NASDAQ Closing Bell, to discuss the state
of the industry and trends within the food and restaurant
industry sector.
The Forum is being organized in collaboration with industry
leaders such as The National Restaurant Association, whose
Senior Vice President, Research & Knowledge Group, Hudson
Riehle, will serve as master of ceremony, along with various
key experts such as Nation's Restaurant News and The Wall
Street Journal. The Wall Street Journal reporter, Julie
Jargon will conduct a Fireside Chat with Panera Bread CFO,
Jeff Kip.
In addition, Ornella Fado, television Host of Brindiamo! "A
toast to the finest Italian restaurants" on NYCTV, will
interview Kerry Heffernan, Executive Chef. Kerry brings 20
years of culinary excellence, experience and leadership to
the kitchen of South Gate at Jumeirah Essex House. Ornella
and Kerry will participate in the NASDAQ Closing Bell along
with panel participants.
