Changes in remuneration payments of the open-end fund "AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund”

On 11 June 2009 the Council of IPAS “AB.LV Asset Management” approved changes
in remuneration payments of the open-end fund "AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond
Fund”. 
 
In view of the above-mentioned as of 15 July 2009 IPAS “AB.LV Asset Management”
increases the remuneration for fund management from 0.50% to 0.75% for the
subfunds "AB.LV Emerging Markets USD Bond Fund" and "AB.LV Emerging Markets EUR
Bond Fund".
