Summary •The Group's projects are progressing as planned. •The Group's 39,500 m² multifunctional centre, Entré in Malmö, Sweden, opened in March 2009 and was handed over to the investor in June 2009. •The first 6,400 m² phase of the Group's retail park in Most, the Czech Republic, opened at the end of April 2009. •The Group still faces difficult market conditions that are generally unchanged compared those described in the Group's 2008/09 Annual Report. •The Group's project portfolio comprised 925,000 m², the same level as at 31 January 2009. •TK Development continues to focus on costs, consolidating its position and executing existing projects in the portfolio. •To improve the value of information from TK Development, the Supervisory Board has resolved to issue quarterly reports as of Q3 2009/10, instead of interim announcements of quarterly results. •For the 2009/10 financial year, the Group still expects to generate a profit after tax of about DKK 150 million.
