crude oil during the second quarter 2009.

Comments
- The average production exceeded 12,000 barrels per day at the end
of the period.
- Good production regularity was maintained during the quarter with
production from six fields in Tunisia.
- The new production well at the Didon field, Didon-10, was spudded
in the end of March and came onstream
in mid June. The well is producing as estimated hence increasing the
field's rate of production.
- Additional production expected when the Azurite field in the
Republic in Congo starts producing during
summer 2009.
- The production forecast remains unchanged - the average production
in 2009 is expected to amount to
between 11,000 and 14,000 barrels of oil equivalents per day.
