The share capital increase in connection with the private placement and new share issue announced on 10.06.2009 has now been registered.
The new share capital of Grieg Seafood ASA is NOK 431,648,000 divided into 107,912,000 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 4. New certificate of registration is enclosed.
