CORRECTION: Annual report and financial statements

JSC “Kauno energija” (company's code 235014830) consolidated prospectus-annual
report for the year 2008 (attached): 
• Article 7 - presents additional information regarding environmental issues
• Article 8 - the additional information on the group of companies' internal
control and risk management systems related to the consolidated financial
statements contracts 
• Article 14 - further states that the subsidiary company does not, directly or
indirectly, own shareholdings. Explanation of management of the revised Code of
2.4. 

The reviewed consolidated annual report has not been audited.
