Millicom International Cellular S.A. will announce its financial results for the
second quarter of 2009 on Tuesday, 21 July 2009 at 7.00 AM (New York) / 12.00 PM
(London) / 1.00 PM (Stockholm).

The company will host a conference call for the global financial community at
9.00 AM (New York) / 2.00 PM (London) / 3.00 PM (Stockholm).
