Canon IT Solutions joins Orc Vantage Partner Program to provide integration
services to Orc's customers in Japan

Tokyo, Hong Kong & Sydney July 15, 2009  - Orc Software (SSE: ORC), the leading
global provider of technology for advanced trading and connectivity solutions,
today announced that it has signed an Independent Service Partner Agreement with
Canon IT Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon Marketing Japan Inc.


According to the partner agreement, Canon IT Solutions will provide services and
solutions to Orc's growing domestic Japanese customer base. Canon IT Solutions
will typically offer services such as integration and upgrades related to Orc's
Trading solutions and Orc's various market connections to the Japanese
exchanges.
