CCR Logistics Systems AG, the leading European-wide specialist in reverse
logistics, is making a leadership change effective September 1. Marc Zube
will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer, following Achim
Winter. Concurrently, Dr. Gerd Slotta will take over the CEO role at the
Reverse Logistics GmbH.

Achim Winter will be handing over the CEO role after many years of
successful management in which he substantially transformed and positioned
the Group for European-wide growth.  After having successfully integrated
CCR Logistics AG, Vfw GmbH, and Cycleon Netherlands B.V., Mr. Winter will
complete his long-planned transition out of operational management.  He
will remain a shareholder and an active member of the Supervisory Board
with responsibilities including networking, lobbying, and international
acquisitions.
 
Marc Zube (44) is currently COO of CCR Logistics Systems AG. Prior to
joining CCR, Mr. Zube had experience with DMR Consulting, gloocorp, dtg
Deutsche Telefongesellschaft, and Andersen Consulting. Achim Winter
comments: 'I am highly pleased that Marc Zube will lead the next phase of
the development of CCR Logistics Systems AG. Having built up the
operational business successfully, he consequently is now taking over the
overall responsibility at CCR'.

The role of CEO at Reverse Logistics GmbH; also previously held by Achim
Winter will be handed over to  Dr. Gerd Slotta (52), effective September
1st . Dr. Gerd Slotta (52) brings a wealth of logistics industry experience
to the Reverse Logistics Group.  Recently, Dr. Slotta served for many years
as Chairman of the Board of WLS GmbH.  Prior to that, Dr Slotta worked with
companies such as Schenker, Roland Berger & Partner, and Kuhne & Nagel in
various executive positions.
