(Nasdaq:VTIV), a leading provider of commercialization services to the global pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, has moved into its new headquarters at 500 Atrium Drive in Somerset, New Jersey. The new location is enabling inVentiv to consolidate several offices in the region and will facilitate greater integration among its businesses.
The new building will house more than 500 employees in a four-story building, which encompasses 154,035 square feet of leased space. inVentiv is consolidating the following locations:
* Two office buildings on Cottontail Lane in Somerset, which primarily house employees from inVentiv Health, inVentiv Commercial, inVentiv Patient Outcomes and inVentiv Clinical; * The Franklin Group office in Somerville, NJ; * The Strategyx office in Somerville, NJ; and * The PRS Franklin office in Newtown, PA.

In the first half of 2009, inVentiv Health won 58 integrated client assignments (projects that draw upon capabilities from more than one inVentiv business unit). This is a 35% increase in integrated wins over the same period in 2008.
