Change in the number of shares outstanding

During July 2009, holders of personnel options have exercised 5,000
personnel options to acquire 5,000 class B shares.

Addtech's holding of shares in treasury at the end of July amounts to
584,900 class B shares, equivalent to 2.6 percent of the total number
of shares and 1.8 percent of the votes in Addtech.

The total number of shares in Addtech is 22,732,832, divided into
1,102,470 class A shares and 21,630,362 class B shares. The number of
shares outstanding at the end of July is 22,147,932.
