Florida Bar Grants Construction Law Board-Certification to Three Additional Becker & Poliakoff Attorneys

Attorneys Kenn Goff, Perry Adair and Aaron Pruss Receive Florida Bar's Highest Level of Recognition for Legal Expertise in Construction Law


FT. With a total now of 11 board-certified construction attorneys, Becker & Poliakoff is considered pre-eminent in this highly specialized area of law.

Firm attorneys who are the latest to be recognized for their special knowledge, skills and proficiency in construction law in the state of Florida are:

--  Perry M. Adair/Coral Gables - Mr. Adair is the managing shareholder of
    the firm's Miami office. He is engaged in a diverse civil litigation
    practice including Construction, Land Use & Zoning, and Telecommunications
    for developers, financial institutions, wireless providers and a variety of
    other corporate clients.
    
--  Kenn W. Goff/Ft. Lauderdale - Mr. Goff is an experienced litigation
    attorney who has handled a broad range of legal disputes at both the trial
    and appellate level in state and federal court. Mr. Goff concentrates his
    practice in the areas of Construction, Commercial, and Insurance Coverage
    litigation. With a degree in mechanical engineering, he provides clients
    with a unique technical perspective on their legal issues.
    
--  Aaron Pruss/Ft. Myers - Mr. Pruss is a litigation attorney
    with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Construction Law
    and Insurance Coverage disputes and liability issues. Mr. Pruss has focused
    his practice on litigating complex civil and commercial disputes on behalf
    of corporate clients in State and Federal Courts in Florida and Michigan.
