that firm Shareholder L. Ryan Pinder was admitted, sworn and enrolled as
Counsel and Attorney of the Supreme Court of the Bahamas on July 29, 2009.
Mr. Pinder, a Board Certified Tax attorney in the Firm's Corporate,
Securities & Tax Law Group, is licensed in both the Bahamas and in Florida
to practice law.
A Bahamian native admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, Mr. Pinder holds
Juris Doctor and Master of Tax Law degrees from the University of Miami,
where he also earned BBA and MBA degrees in Business and Finance. Board
Certified as an expert in Tax Law by the Florida Bar, Mr. Pinder also
serves as the editor of "The Tax Advisory," the firm's newsletter on tax
issues and "The Bahamas Forum," the firm's newsletter on business and legal
issues in the Bahamas.
Pinder provides counsel to companies and individuals doing business in the
