NuMobile, Inc. Announces 3-Year Contract to Provide Mobile Internet Services in Southeast Asia

New Contract Anticipated to Generate $1 Million in Revenue


CARY, NC--(Marketwire - August 7, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) today announced entering into a three-year contract to provide mobile internet services to business travelers in Southeast Asia. The contract is the result of a recently announced partnership NuMobile entered into to market software solutions to the smartphone and mobile computing market in Southeast Asia. The three-year contract announced today is anticipated to generate $250,000 in revenue for NuMobile in the first year of the contract and approximately $1 million over the life of the contract.

The National Guard and other Milestone Business Development Events

NuMobile recently announced a corporate name change that represents a milestone event in its overall strategy to build a portfolio of security and software solutions for the smartphone and mobile computing market. NuMobile has already announced a contract with the National Guard as a result of early sales efforts in North America.

Suggested $0.10 to $0.50 Price per Share

This week, NuMobile released an on-demand Webcast presenting the Company's sales pipeline anticipated to deliver $1 million in first year revenue. In the Webcast, the Company discusses the overall mobility software market opportunity and the Company's first solutions offerings and first contracts. Additionally, the Webcast includes a discussion of the Company's $0.10 suggested fair value target price per share and a review of the anticipated milestone events that could raise the suggested fair value target price per share to $0.50.

Recent Contracts in Healthcare and with the National Guard

NuMobile recently announced a contract with a healthcare software company to pilot a network security monitoring system to support healthcare related security requirements. The healthcare security industry reported revenues of $1.66 billion in 2007 and revenues are expected to reach $5.78 billion in 2014.

NuMobile also recently announced the completion of an initial phase of a contract for the National Guard to deliver an information system for DIACAP security vulnerability assessment and information assurance accreditation.
