CAS Medical Systems, Inc. Comments on Somanetics Lawsuit


BRANFORD, Conn., Aug. 11, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CAS Medical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CASM) today commented on a lawsuit filed against the Company by Somanetics Corporation.

On August 7, 2009, Somanetics Corporation filed an action against the Company in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan alleging patent infringement, violations of the Lanham Act, and common law unfair competition and libel.

Andrew E.
