BEIJING--(Marketwire - August 13, 2009) - ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: EMZG) (formerly Emazing Interactive, Inc.; the "Company"), through its direct and indirect subsidiaries, is a leading full-service media development, advertising and communications company for small and medium companies (SMEs) in China. Effective August 14, 2009 the Company will trade under the new ticker symbol "CHNT" and will begin trading under the new name ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc.
