EnerNOC, Inc. Raises Additional $5.5 Million


BOSTON, Aug. 18, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnerNOC, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENOC), a leading provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions, announced today the completion of the sale of 213,889 additional shares of its common stock pursuant to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters of its previously announced public offering. All 213,889 shares were sold by the Company, resulting in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $5.5 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by the Company.
