In a bid to enhance coordination and streamlining and to strengthen
development and purchasing potential for the Group's offerings (of
products and services), the Group's Product Companies are being
coordinated with the Group-wide IT, supply chain and central
purchasing functions to form a new operating area - B&B TOOLS
