(OTCBB: NUBL) today announced launching a smartphone and mobile computing offering in China in conjunction with MobiCom 2009. China Crescent has over $40 million in annual revenue from selling technology services in China, and NuMobile has a proprietary software product offering for the smartphone and mobile computing market. China Crescent is NuMobile's exclusive partner in China helping NuMobile to expand its geographic footprint. NuMobile has already announced a contract with the National Guard as a result of early sales efforts in North America. The Chinese mobile market opportunity is substantially larger than the North American opportunity.

China Crescent reported $17 million in revenue and an over 200% net income increase to $1.1 million through the first six months of 2009.
