On Apranga Group interim information for six months of 2009

The consolidated revenue of Apranga Group amounted LTL 150.7 million (EUR 43.7
million) in six months of 2009, and decreased 21.8% comparing to the same
period last year. 

The unaudited consolidated loss before income tax of Apranga Group has made LTL
13.2 million (EUR 3.8 million), while Apranga Group has earned a profit of LTL
3.7 million (EUR 1.1 million) in the same period of 2008. 

The unaudited interim consolidated financial statements and consolidated
interim report of Apranga Group for six months of 2009, as well as managers'
