TrygVesta - Capital Markets Day 2009

TrygVesta's Capital Markets Day (CMD) is held in London today. The purpose of
the CMD is to furnish analysts, institutional investors, private investors and
other interested parties with an update on TrygVesta's performance including
market environment, strategy, overall actions plans, capital situation and
financial targets. 

The CMD presentations are available on www.trygvesta.com and today's
presentations will also be broadcasted live from 11.00 CET to approximately
14.00 CET and later in the day the webcast is available from the same site.
