Jan Annwall Vice Managing Director, founder, Chief Financial Officer
and Board member of BioGaia AB will leave his position in the company
in connection with his 60th birthday in April 2010. In order to
continue to utilise Jan's experience after this date, Jan will be
retained as a consultant and will be available for the company for a
further period.
Jan has declared that he will continue to be available for the role
of Board member at the Annual General Meeting 2010.
BioGaia's present Controller Margareta Hagman will be appointed as
both Chief Financial Officer and Controller from April 1st 2010.
