Changes to the Executive Committee

Benny Laibach Pedersen has been appointed Director, Credits, as of 1 October
2009 and will in this connection become a member of Jyske Bank's Executive
Committee. 

Benny Laibach Pedersen is 51 years old and is currently functional manager of
Credits in Retail & Commercial Banking, Denmark. Benny Laibach Pedersen has
been with the Jyske Bank Group for 22 years and previously he held such
positions as branch manager in Viborg as well as head of the credit department
and deputy managing director at Jyske Bank Gibraltar. Benny Laibach Pedersen
holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Economics from Finansakademiet; originally
Benny Laibach Pedersen trained as a bank clerk at Midtbank. 

Hugo Martinussen, Managing Director of Jyske Finans, plans to retire in the
spring of 2010 after 21 years with the Jyske Bank Group. Consequently he will
retire from Jyske Bank's Executive Committee at the end of this year. 

Jes Rosendal has been appointed Director, Jyske Finans, as of 1 November 2009
and will in this connection become a member of Jyske Bank's Executive
Committee. 

Jes Rosendal is 50 years old and is currently Head of HR, Copenhagen. Jes
Rosendal has been with the Jyske Bank Group for 23 years and previously, among
other positions, he held the position as branch manager of Jyske Bank,
Roskilde. Jes Rosendal holds an MBA from Henley Management College; originally
Jes Rosendahl trained as a bank clerk at Handelsbanken.
