NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided to transfer Morphic Technologies AB (the
company) to the observation segment. This due to that the company has been
reviewed whether it fulfills all listing requirements. The review has shown
that the company is inadequate in several points. The company's situation has
been discussed by the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Listing Committee, which has
assessed that the shortcomings are so serious that they recommend Issuer
Surveillance Stockholm to initiate a case to the Exchange's Disciplinary
Committee.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided
that the shares in Morphic Technologies AB (ISIN code SE0000672115 and order
book ID 53228) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, September 22nd, 2009.
