At the Softworld Conference, Mindell will present "Outsourcing vs. In-house: Key Considerations and Challenges." He will examine what drives companies to outsource, what challenges they may face and how they can determine which business functions can be successfully outsourced. The positive and negative aspects of outsourcing, including common errors companies make, will also be revealed. He will discuss the immediate and future benefits companies see when outsourcing, as well as how it impacts not just the bottom line but also other areas of business. Martin Stockton, vice president, Global Business Development, Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions, will be available during the session to answer attendees' questions.
