China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. Announces Webcast to Review Management Summit in Shanghai on Outsourcing Service Expansion to Further Increase $30 Million Already Under Contract Year-to-Date

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - October 7, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB : CCTR )
today announced an on-demand Webcast scheduled to be released Thursday,
October 15th. The Webcast will report on China Crescent's senior management
outsourcing summit in Shanghai, scheduled for next week, focused on larger,
long-term outsourcing contracts. The Webcast is meant to provide an update
on year-to-date progress and an overview of what to expect in the fourth
quarter, including pending contracts. The Webcast is scheduled to be
available on the Company's website www.chinacrescent.com upon release.
Strong Second Half of 2009 Expected
China Crescent recently announced an anticipated revenue and operational
income increase in the second half of 2009 compared to the first half of
2009 expected from the Company's historical seasonal trend and as a result
of significant sales year-to-date. In the past two years, the Company's
revenue per quarter has consistently grown throughout the calendar year,
with the highest revenues coming in the fourth quarter.
The Company reported $17 million in revenue and an over 200% net income
increase to $1.1 million through the first six months of 2009. Earlier this
year, the Company signed its first major outsourcing contract worth $30
million and has recently announced signing a letter of intent agreement for
an anticipated $15 million outsourcing contract expected to be closed in
the fourth quarter. The Company has forecasted $50 million in revenue for
2009.
