UAT Professor Featured at Local Gallery


TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwire - October 7, 2009) - University of Advancing Technology's (UAT) internationally known professor of art, Paul Andrus, will be exhibiting his latest works to the public at Mesa, Arizona's newest gallery, The SunDust Gallery. Andrus' works will be on display for the duration of October with an opening reception for the exhibit "Ma Joie de Vie" (My Joy of Living) taking place on Friday, October 9 from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Andrus' exhibit will feature works in the mediums of pastels, acrylic and digital paintings. The works display scenes from trips to various areas of the region, as well as, works from his trips to Italy. All works display Andrus' love for life and the world around him.

Andrus has taken first and second prizes at the Copenhagen International and was more recently featured in the Florence Biennial. Currently, Andrus' works are on display at the London Biennial and the ARTNOW3 competition in London.
