itelligence AG acquires Dutch 2B Interactive
- itelligence increases market presence in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Focus remains on consulting and licenses in the SAP environment
- SAP Hosting now also for 2B Interactive customers
Bielefeld/Eindhoven, October 9, 2009 - As of October 1, 2009, itelligence
AG, the successful full-service IT provider for the SAP environment, will
acquire Dutch-based 2B Interactive with headquarters in Eindhoven.
itelligence is initially acquiring a 60% stake and will eventually increase
its holding to 100%. In the process, itelligence and 2B Interactive will
complement each other in their market processing. As with itelligence, the
offerings of 2B Interactive range from SAP licenses and SAP consulting to
implementation and support. In 2008, 2B Interactive achieved revenues of
around MEUR 15.

situation to strengthen our market presence in the Netherlands and Belgium
in a targeted manner. Not only is 2B Interactive very profitable - in 2008,
EBIT profitability of around 8.5 percent was achieved - it is also a
perfect fit for us, both in terms of the range of services and corporate
infrastructure. Together, we can considerably broaden our market presence.'

exclusively with our own funds as well as the merging of our existing
activities in the Netherlands and Belgium into a new holding company and
are also expecting synergy effects, both on the revenue side as well as on
the costs side. The joint holding model enables us to integrate the
companies rapidly and to establish a uniform market presence.'

acquisition of 2B Interactive, we achieve revenues of around MEUR 20 in the
Netherlands and Belgium. 2B Interactive and itelligence ideally complement
each other in market focus and skill profiles and can therefore offer a
complete SAP solution for the traditional and upper midsize market in
retail and industry. In addition, the solutions and expertise from 2B
Interactive in the area of educational institutions permit an extension of
our industry focus at international level. We want to use this strong basis
in order to become No. 1 in the midsize market of SAP in Benelux.
2B Interactive was founded in 1997 and has been an SAP All-in-One Partner
since 2004. In 2007, not only was 2B Interactive nominated for the SAP
Pinnacle Award, but also became an SAP Gold Partner. The Dutch company's
customer portfolio includes renowned national and international
organizations such as the Universities of Maastricht, Amsterdam and Leuven,
Hansen Transmissions International, ROC West Brabant, ECB, Barco, Wincor
Nixdorf, Rolls Royce, IAK Verzekeringen, Neways Electronics International
and the VDL Group. 2B Interactive also provides its own SAP solution for

continue to manage the merged company together with Stefan Ellerbrake of
itelligence AG.
