Update on Federal vs. State Insurance Regulation and NY Insurance Exchange


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - October 14, 2009) - Kermitt J. Brooks, First Deputy Superintendent of the New York State Insurance Department, will discuss federal versus state regulation of insurance and plans for the New York Insurance Exchange on November 5 in New York City.
