•The forecast result before tax for 2009 amounts to SEK -100 million (-2.10 per
share) and includes extraordinary items totalling SEK 179.3 million

•Business operations proceeded according to plan and generated, despite a very
weak market, a profit of SEK 68.0 million for the whole period

•The Stena Progress was delivered at the end of Q3 and entered into a 5-year
charter with Total and in October, the V-MAX tankers were redelivered to General
Maritime.

Concordia Maritime AB (publ) is an international tanker shipping company listed
on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm. The company has ordered ten
tankers, which are being built in accordance with the MAX concept. Seven
P-MAX-vessels have been delivered and three will be delivered during 2010. These
vessels, P-MAX, are product tankers of about 65,200 dwt. The MAX concept means
that the vessels are designed for maximum loading capacity in shallow waters.
They have been designed according to a new concept for safer oil transportation
with double main engines in two completely separate engine rooms, double rudders
and steering gear, two propellers and double control systems.
