Rücker AG: Preliminary results third quarter 2009
Significant positive EBIT and net profit
Wiesbaden, October 28th, 2009 - According to the preliminary results of the
third quarter 2009 Rücker AG realized a positive operational result. The
global financial & economical crisis has had an important impact on the
automotive companies and their suppliers and therefore also on the publicly
quoted Rücker AG.
In spite of this impact the company could still realize a positive
operational result (EBIT) of 1.5 Mio. EUR. In the third quarter 2008 EBIT
was at 8.2 Mio. EUR. Net profit after tax should be around 500.000 EUR
(third quarter 2008: 4.8 Mio. EUR). Sales were down about 26% from 132.6
Mio. EUR in 2008 to 97,2 Mio. EUR.
The company will publish final figures for the third quarter 2009 on
November 3th .
