Correction of the Release of October 26, 2009:

On October 23, 2009 , Cohen & Steers, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006205701, WKN:
620570, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 22, 2009
and on that day amounted to 3,79% (this corresponds to 4773952 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
3,15% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3971254 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the company from Cohen & Steers Capital Management,
Inc.  .
