EXCHANGE NOTICE 438/2009, 5 November 2009 SHARES THE SHARES OF TAMFELT CORP. TO OBSERVATION SEGMENT Tamfelt Corp. published on November 5, 2009 a Stock Exchange Release where it announced that Tamfelt Corp. and Metso Corporation have on November 5, 2009 agreed to combine their operations under the combination agreement entered into. As a result, Metso Corporation will make a public tender offer to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares in Tamfelt Corp. NASDAQ OMX Helsinki transfers the shares of Tamfelt Corp. to the Observation segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange (rule 2.1.8 article 4). Rules of the Stock Exchange rule 2.1.8 article (iv): "The company is subject to a public offer or a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company." NASDAQ OMX Helsinki siirtää Tamfelt Oyj Abp:n osakkeet Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.1.8 kohdan 4 perusteella tarkkailulistalle. Arvopaperipörssin säännöt 2.1.8 kohta (iv): "Yhtiö on julkisen ostotarjouksen kohteena tai ostotarjouksen tekijä on julkistanut aikomuksensa tehdä kyseisestä yhtiöstä ostotarjouksen."
