With the creation of the Board of Advisors, Data Storage Corporation
appoints the first four members.
Jeff Amorosana is an experienced technology strategist and operator with a
proven ability to lead ground-breaking business initiatives, articulate
go-to-market tactics, forge inventive partnerships, and present compelling
business propositions to partners, vendors and investors alike. He has
extensive industry experience in traditional media, new media, and
IP/telecom infrastructure and now is embarking on a new technological
venture in the alternative energy industry as a senior executive at Mercury
Solar Systems. His passion is disruptive technologies in a
start-up/entrepreneurial environment.

managed care disputes, transactional work, regulatory compliance, and
malpractice defense litigation. As a leader in his field, Mr. Einiger is
Special Counsel to The New York County Medical Society and General Counsel
to The American Academy of Psychoanalysis. He has recently been made

retail and office buildings for private and institutional owners, including
ABN-AMRO Bank. Co-founder of The Engel Burman Group, Steven has spearheaded
acquisitions and financing for The Engel Burman group with successes that
