On listing of JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” extra bearer shares with the voting rights

According to the listing decision made by NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on
November 10, 2009, extra 6 175 000 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka ordinary bearer
shares with voting rights will be listed on Baltic Secondary List starting 
November 11, 2009. 

Altogether there will be listed 19 321 414 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” ordinary
bearer shares with voting rights (ISIN LV0000100683, trading code LKB1R) and 2
834 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” “A” category preference shares (ISIN LV0000200012,
trading code LKB2R). The nominal value of each share is 1 LVL.
