DOVER, DE--(Marketwire - November 11, 2009) - The Delaware Lottery has retained Spectrum Gaming Group of Linwood,
NJ, to assist in the important step of adding table games to its three
racetrack casinos, which presently offer slots, sports wagering and
pari-mutuel betting. Spectrum will provide a blueprint to implement
various casino games by guiding regulators in drafting legislation,
regulations and Minimum Internal Control Standards to ensure that all table
games operate with the highest degree of integrity and that the public has
confidence in the regulatory process.

worldwide, from Singapore and Croatia to Maryland and New Jersey. The firm
is widely respected for its commitment to independence, integrity and

"Delaware has entrusted Spectrum with this important task, knowing that
there is but one opportunity to do it right. We take that responsibility
seriously," said Spectrum Managing Director Frederic E. Gushin, a former

of Gaming Enforcement.
Spectrum is proud of its track record in this crucial area, having already
assisted the West Virginia Lottery as it added table games to its
