Munich, November 24, 2009 - The company's Supervisory Board resolved at
yesterday's extraordinary Supervisory Board meeting to relieve Matthias
Bohn and Frank Posnanski of their positions as members of the Management
Board with immediate effect.
The Management Board member Christoph Manegold will manage the affairs of
the company until the Management Board team has been completed again.
The company cannot rule out that unplanned expenses in conjunction with the
departure of the two board members could jeopardize attainment of the
forecasted 2009 EBIT of EUR 2.9 million.
