Amendment to final terms - Capital Centre E, series 31E

A new ISIN is added to the "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of
SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre E, series 31E (floating-rate
non-callable bonds, amortisation dependent on payments on underlying loans). " 

The new ISIN appears from Appendix 1. 

The interest spread of the ISIN will be fixed by auction, cf stock exchange
an-nouncement of 17 November 2009. The fixed spread will apply until the
maturity date of the ISIN. 

The prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital
Centre E, and the related final terms are available at Nykredit's website
