Changes in the Nomination Committee of Scania AB 

KG Lindvall has replaced Mats Lagerqvist in Scania's Nomination Committee,
representing Swedbank Robur fonder.

After the above change, the Nomination Committee of the company consists of the
following members:

Gudrun Letzel, representing Volkswagen AG − Chairman
Thomas Kremer, representing MAN AG
KG Lindvall, representing the Swedbank Robur fonder
Ramsay Brufer, representing Alecta
 
Scania's Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2009 will take place on 6
May 2010.
