A new ISIN is added to the "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of
SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre E, series 31E (floating-rate
non-callable bonds, amortisation dependent on payments on underlying loans)."

The new ISIN appears from Appendix 1.
