Major shareholder announcement under section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading
Act                                                                             

Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify    
that we have receiv­ed the following notification from PFA Pension:             


Pursuant to section 28a of the Danish Companies Act and section 29 of the Danish
Securities Trading Act we hereby notify that companies affiliated to the        
PFA-group as at 4 December 2009 passed an ownership share of 5% of the share    
capital of Amagerbanken A/S and the ownership share is now 5.05%.
