Inc., each New York, USA, informed us in accordance with Section 21, para.
1 and Section  24 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management Inc., New
York, USA, in our company had exceeded the threshold of 3% on 1 December
2009 and as of this date totalled 4.44% (8,772,600 voting rights). These
voting rights are attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1,
sentence 1, item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2 LLC, New York, USA, 
in our company had exceeded the threshold of 3% on 1 December 2009 and as
of this date totalled 4.44% (8,772,600 voting rights). These voting rights
are attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 6
in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Inc., New York, USA, in our
company had exceeded the threshold of 3% on 1 December 2009 and as of this
date totalled 4.58% (9,039,588 voting rights). These voting rights are
attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 6 in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
