Resource Capital Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - December 14, 2009) - Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE : RSO ) ("RCC")
announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of
$0.25 per common share for the quarter ending December 31, 2009. The
dividend will be paid on January 26, 2010 to holders of record on December
31, 2009.
