Dampskibsselskabet Orion Aktieselskab - admittance to trading and official
listing of new shares due the merger between Dampskibsselskabet Orion
Aktieselskab and Shipholding Holding A/S and name change to Eitzen Bulk Shipping
A/S
On the extraordinary general meeting on 21 December 2009 in Dampskibsselskabet
Orion Aktieselskab the merger between Dampskibsselskabet Orion Aktieselskab and
Shipholding Holding A/S was adopted. Dampskibsselskabet Orion Aktieselskab is
the continuing company which due to the merger will change is name to Eitzen
Bulk Shipping A/S.
As a consequence of the merger the share capital in Dampskibsselskabet Orion
Aktieselskab under the new name Eitzen Bulk Shipping A/S will be increased by
22,138,502 shares. The new shares will be admitted to trading and official
listing with effect from 23 December 2009.
