Trigon Agri A/S would like to announce the following management team adjustments approved by the Supervisory Board of the company on Friday, December 18. In order to strengthen the operational management capabilities of the team Raul Toomsalu, formerly COO of the company, will be appointed CEO starting from January 1. The current CEO Kaupo Ojavee will remain full-time within the team of Trigon Capital, the management company, and will stay involved in Trigon Agri A/S as advisor to the CEO and other senior members of the management team. Before joining Trigon Agri A/S as COO Raul Toomsalu gained valuable administrative and operational experience spending five years building up the presence of the Scandinavian bank SEB in Russia, latterly as the General Manager. All other senior positions stay unchanged with Joakim Helenius as Chairman, Ulo Adamson as President and Margus Lutsoja looking after finance related matters. Joakim Helenius chairs the Supervisory Board, Ulo Adamson chairs the Management Board with Raul Toomsalu (replacing Kaupo Ojavee) and Margus Lutsoja being members of the Management Board.
